Indications:
Acyclovir is indicated for the treatment of acute herpes zoster or shingles. It is also used in the treatment of chickenpox and initial episodes and the management of recurrent episodes of genital herpes. This medication does not cure herpes, but relieves the pain and may make the infection clear faster
How to take:
As soon symptoms appear, begin medication immediately. Always take medication as directed by the physician. Precautions:
